   Apple網站不是寫得明明白白不能修改它文字／圖片嗎？

   根本就是抄襲，是犯法的行為……去信Apple投訴吧！

   大雄, a copyright notice does not override the fair dealing defence. At least that’s how I interpret the Ordinance. Maybe you should write a letter to Apple if you’re confident about its illegality.
