大寶狂炳 iMovie 08

蘋果推出 iLife 08 ，我仍未試用， iPhoto / iWebs / iDVD 都好像很好。但 Steve Jobs 在展示 iMovie 08 時顯得有點怪，很多時間用於展示了一個成品。
紐時的 David Pogue 大寶哥試用了 iMovie 08 後，甚至爆粗

大寶哥認為， iMovie 08 是退步之作，退步到連第一代已經存在的 Timeline 都沒有，很多的影片編輯功能消失。大寶甚至認為，這個軟件不配叫做 iMovie ，應改名為 WhyMovie 或 ByeMovie 。
個人未試用，不能評價。希望讀者（無論你用正版定係…Well…）發表下意見。個人覺得，單單是支援非 DV 影片格式（如 DVD 或硬碟攝影機的 MPEG -2 ），已經解決了大約 90% 使用 Windows 的朋友時常投訴 iMovie 的問題。
Ｉhave same feeling too… it seems a downgrade of iMovie… yes, it can support some HD camcorder but in fact it miss a lot of cool and unique feature in previous version of iMovie. in fact iMovie 06 is much better than iMovie 08. I will keep using iMovie 06 until they unveil some “useful” new feature in future.

Me too, I spend few hours on edit some little clip …. where is the chapter marker now? (I need to set up different project so that I can use the chapter function in iDVD)
And where is the merge clip now? (Now I need to move clip in the same project to make sure they are join)
I think there must be a reason and keep thinking I would feel it’s good if I get used to it. But why don’t let people know it’s the way completely different from before? I need the clip urgently and I had upgraded my iLife and I found I just can’t go back.
Now I feel more comfort with iMovie 08 and believe it’s better version if you get used to it. But honestly, where is my chapter marker?
覺得”幼稚”左，d clips 變晒一舊舊積木堆埋咁，加音樂亦係，無左舊底有條timeline果種掌握，結果可能係更多人更易用倒imovie不過整d比以前更簡單既片。
舊imoive可以做倒好多野，成品計，時間計，有時方便過用FCE,而家無呢支歌仔唱。
不過舊imovie就算有timeline有時落 audio d 位都唔多準，會郁，一係play就會跳，好慢，所以一向剪完晒visual先掟去 soundtrack （FCE-HD 包既）度做聲。不過就算齋剪片，都好弱咁，可能要時間適應，變動太大，唔單係功能，直頭係全個用法轉左咁。
另GB08成日彈出來話太多tracks play back 唔倒（四條tracks都彈！），要點點點enhance performance，舊底再多tracks都無呢個問題！
唔計無晒原有function ，淨係穩定性已經要丙啦！output movie 成日auto quit ，upload 上.Mac 就freeze 多過食飯，段片越長越死得勁。真係幾易用都假，output 成日出事。
重有好發神經地成日話我部機無authourize 去播ITunes download 落黎D歌，叫我去iTunes 到重新authorize就可以解決，點知做極都話唔得。以為係版權問題啦，算。點知用iDVD 時落同一首歌又無呢個問題。R晒頭。
重有呀，最嚇人係Help menu 內容竟然係舊版iMoive HD 內容。
well…其實又係咪真係咁差呢…?
我覺得係新interface大家未慣唧….
再講…真係發覺頂唔順…你都仲可以用番iMovie HD ‘06…因為就算你裝左iLife ‘08個iMovie HD ‘06係唔會剷走…只不過係搬左去第二個位…
未親身試用過 iLife ‘08，不過睇得出 Apple 明顯想分隔 iMovie，Final Cut Express 同 Final Cut Pro 市場。
個人覺得 iMovie ‘08 對於快速及簡單的 video editing 有明顯進化，對於一般家庭0黎講其實係更切合佢0地0既需要 ﹣簡單易用同快；要用到 timeline 0既 users，其實已經對 non-linear editing 有一定認識，應該轉用 Final Cut Express；而 Final Cut Pro 定位當然就係 pro users 喇。
咁樣三個 market 先可以分得開0的，之前 iMove ‘06 其實同 Final Cut Express 定位重疊太多，而家 iMovie ‘08 會變成比 DV 機內置剪片好用少少0既軟件
至於 bugs 同整合 iLife 方面，我諗 Apple 呢輪真係擺太多心機0係 iPhone 同 OS X 10.5。
之前 iMovie ‘06 實在太強，所以謂 iMovie ‘08 大倒退其實都係事實。
