Eminem 今次告蘋果甚麼呢？據報導，Eminen 的唱片公司Eight Mile Style 沒有授權給環球唱片在iTunes Store 賣他的歌，故蘋果賣Eminem 的歌屬侵權行為。

今次奇情在於：iTunes Store 早在03 年開幕時以Lose Yourself 當作宣傳曲之一，何解Eight Mile Style 事隔四年後才告蘋果呢？看看紀錄，對上一次Eminem 告蘋果，是Eminem 勝訴。
