重鎚毀MacBook怒漢獲新機

一名男子，其新買的MacBook聲稱突然壞機。AppleCare方面指他的MacBook是被液體淋到，屬人為破壞，故此不獲免費修理。此人堅稱自己沒有將液體淋到MacBook與蘋果理論不果，蘋果堅持要收取高價的修理費。此怒漢不滿蘋果屈他，於是乎拍下短片上載到YouTube，講述自己與蘋果周旋的經過，再有如Triple H（著名摔角手）上身，用重鎚毀MacBook，指這才是「人為破壞」。
此短片在YouTube有過十萬次點擊，更有超過1400次digg。蘋果在群眾壓力底下，只好聯絡此怒漢，要他將重鎚毀壞的MacBook交回蘋果，再送他一台新MacBook。蘋果方面更告誡這名怒漢，下次只需要寄一封投訴信就可以，不用採取如此激進的行為。
相信本地麥客都有類似經驗，由其負責港區維修的是「Ｋ屎」。我也試過寄投訴信給Steve Jobs控訴「Ｋ屎」，他們的確是有反應的。

件事係咁：話說我買個iPod mini比我女友做禮物，點知DOA。打電話去星加坡條友叫我拿去「Ｋ屎」修理。「Ｋ屎」條友唔肯換過一個比我，話要收起Check機。成兩個幾星期音訊全無，打電話去「Ｋ屎」又話check緊。於是乎我寄信比Steve Jobs CC Apple Hong Kong投訴。之後Apple Hong Kong有條女打比我，叫我上去佢Office 拿台brand new的iPod mini。

Steve Jobs係重視顧客反應，但K屎一定唔係。

K屎得呢個名，絕對唔浪得虛名。

我曾經有一部iBook G4燒左logic board,拎左上K屎整,整左成個月都未得…. 之後我打電話問佢地進度,佢地就話整緊。我問佢地點解咁耐,佢地就話因為要寄壤ge logic board去singapore先可以從singapore拎到塊好ge logic board…… 咁我同佢講,可唔可以快手d,因為我要差唔多出國讀書,咁佢地就話ok。

吹完佢地之後,又係音訊全無左差唔多一個月,等到我唔耐凡就打多次電話問佢,佢地先同我講話部機整好 (但我之前冇收到任何calling及email)

好彩我女朋友係美國,個邊d反應快好多,所以就算送部ipod比佢又壞左都冇咩所謂。K屎真係香港蘋果用家一大「case」…..

I have got exactly the same experience on the ibook G4 logic board!!!
One more is about the ibook battery exchange program. I called Case beforehand to get the following procedures:

1. check the battery to see if it is eligible under the exchange program
2. bring the battery to CASE for registration and they order a new one
3. wait for ~2 months
4. they will call the customer to pick up when ready

i asked them how about sending a email filling the details and return the old battery when getting the new one but they rejected.

The battery problem is Apple ’s fault but why bother the customer to go there twice? I have written to Apple customer service but no reply.
Now i learned that i should have written to Steve Jobs.

those guys promised to give me a call when repaired but nothing for 2 months.

我又加把嘴。MBP，又係logic board，不過唔係入廠好耐冇回音，而係整好多次都整唔好，兩個月內出入多次，夠膽死果日拎機果日就發現仲壞，好似出廠冇test過咁。最後頂唔住打幾次上AppleCare狂鬧，唔知係咪因為咁先斷到尾……

在Video以下的comments看到蘋果終於送給他新台Macbook了。我猜Apple就是害怕這種宣傳吧！

i want to know steve email!
I just bought a new imac 20″ on aug 21 07
but my problem still not fix!
first problem is cant boot up
CASE replace harddisk but scratch my LCD cover
They said maybe scratch by me not CASE!
I complaint to applecare, applecare investigate 1week,
then replace a new one to me
yesterday I got the new one. I open it, the LCD is broken!
I dont know how to do right now!!
