It is really sad to hear something like this. Those people do not represent Apple, they are all authorized repair technician only. Apple cannot control those peoples’ working attitude but customer can complain and report to Apple HK or even Apple US!
I am a Mac Certified Technician in Canada and I can tell you those kind of people are everywhere in the world. The only thing that customer can do is reported to Apple Main Office and they will follow up the case and may have a chance to let them to review those service centres’ licence!
