離譜!CASE 幫蘋果趕客

今時今日這樣的服務態度已不合時宜

網友Alex Chow的第三代iPod 耳筒接駁位有鬆脫的情況,他去了香港蘋果電腦的維修供應商CASE,著他們修理一下,可是CASE 冷淡的服務態度,令Alex 不得不考慮日後會否Switch。詳細經過可看Alex 的網誌,不幸地,類似的情況電鋸亦曾經歷過,也令他懊惱不已。

    It is really sad to hear something like this. Those people do not represent Apple, they are all authorized repair technician only. Apple cannot control those peoples’ working attitude but customer can complain and report to Apple HK or even Apple US!
    I am a Mac Certified Technician in Canada and I can tell you those kind of people are everywhere in the world. The only thing that customer can do is reported to Apple Main Office and they will follow up the case and may have a chance to let them to review those service centres’ licence!
