Universal 軟件已達一千個
Published by Kelly March 9th, 2006 in Apple Computer.日前出席 Morgan Stanley Semiconductor and Systems Conference 的蘋果 CFO Peter Oppenheimer 表示現時 Universal 的軟件有一千個，數量會越來越多。
不是某些軟件如 Adobe Photoshop 因未有 UB 版，Oppenheimer 則說 “For power users, they are going to notice a difference [in performance] … They may or may not find that acceptable.” 不過 Oppenheimer 強調：“We have commitments from our major developers…They will release universal versions of their applications–not only Adobe, but also Quark and Microsoft.”
對於近日 Mac OS X 的保安問題， 他表示 OS X 仍然是“harmless, proof-of-concept threats,”，那些保安問題只不過是 “negligible impact.”
