據Cult of Mac Blog報道，Mac OS X for intel的確出現在Bit Torrent，但下載的「軟件」，其實只是全用十六進位碼寫的GNAA。GNAA（Gay Nigger Association of America）是網絡知名的「搞事」組織。GNAA也在其網站發表新聞稿，承認「搞事」責任。在他們的新聞稿，他們如此介紹蘋果電腦：
